La Maison du Chocolat invites La Glacerie Paris to take the creation where it is not expected. A meeting between two MOFs* : David Wesmaël, blowing the pleasure of cold and Nicolas Cloiseau, the pleasure of chocolate. In his signature of iced bars, bonbons and cups, our guest Chef gives his colleague Chocolatier carte blanche to imagine 4 co-signed recipes, tinted with an original chocolate colour.
