After travelling around the world for 14 years, Frederic Vardon settled in France and opened his first gastronomic restaurant in September 2010: Le 39V Paris.
Established on the rooftop of the 39, George V Avenue, Le 39V Paris is a true serene haven.
From Paris to Hong Kong, Frederic Vardon’s cooking is elegant, seductive and fair. He redesigns the traditional French cooking with an authentic and modern touch.
Frederic Vardon’s absolute priority is the taste. His cooking transmits the French ‘savoir-faire’ by honoring the products and the artisans he works with.

Monday to Friday from 12:00am to 02:30 pm and from 07:00pm to 10:00pm.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
No delivery on Saturday and Sunday.
Delivery possible on Friday for a departure on Saturday.
